A hiatus explained

I don't know if anyone even reads these or even looks at my art or really cares what goes on here. Oh well, that's not what I've come to say.
I am here to say that I've been on a rather long hiatus of deviantart, and uploading anything on this page. It wasn't totally intentional, especially to be absent for this long a time,. It's a combination of school taking much of my time away, a tempermental scanner, and my attempts to work upon improving my artistry and litterary skills. This absence has borne some fruit in that my skills have improved, but not to the extent I really want. Realism is an elusive goal in my art. I have oh so many ideas, but little skill to hash them out. ugh. Anyways, I may upload some stuff, mostly literature/ fanfictions/ AU that i write but I most likely will not upload any images unless it's an outstanding piece of work.
I know I am an amature compaired to those artists I admire so deeply and seeing their work makes me feel as if my works were crafted by a toddler but I am trying my upmost to reach that level. Art is a battle against ourselves and others but I am hoping that I may win a battle or two.
It seems as if i've been rambling straight onto a tangent. Anyways, if anyone's reading this, you may have a longish wait to see any new material, but know your wait will not be without reward. ...............Thank you

I believe I must explain myself,
I have been absent from dA for quite a while due to a combination of bad luck, homework,illness, wrier's block, and a disagreeable scanner. UGH. The good news is that I FINALLY have fresh new ideas, no homework....for now..., and the scanner is co-opperating. There is only one problem, I can't write on dA well..... and that's my best area. Oh well, let the experimentation commence and the artistic juices flow.

The Artist: Pondering

My God,
I'm still slightly exhaused from my previous all-nighter working on the new SH fanfic, making greater progess than I had in the past two weeks.However, a problem has arisen in the form of a case of brain-block. This probably is a result of either two causes. 1. me wanting to do 15 things at once and being able to only do like 3 of them. Or 2. I just haven't processed this whole storyline idea all the way through. ~sigh~ I will just have to keep on thinking and watching reruns of NCIS to get some ideas....
